GENERAL NOTES TO ALL STUDENTS ON HOW TO USE THE PORTAL

1. Log into the portal with your ID Number/UserName and Password. Note that you will be given a default password by the school which you would be required to change after logging into the portal for the first time
2. To access the school academic calendar and your dashboard, click on "MY DASHBOARD". This module will show you details of the current session,semester, level, program of study and other essential information that you will need to keep track of.
3. To access your personal data, Click on the “MY PROFILE” menu on the left-hand side of the screen to view, edit and update your personal data (e.g. phone, contact address etc..). Afterwards, click on the "SAVE" button along the top gray bar. You can print out a copy of your personal information by scrolling down the page and clicking on the "PRINT"
4. To access your Fees information, Click on the “MY FEES” menu. Verify that the Fee Schedule that you see is appropriate (click HERE to see the Fee Schedules for the various programs of study). If your fees schedule is wrong, please see the school portal administrator for assistance in correcting it before going ahead with the Next Step.
